Jack & Honey: Just a simple phrase...

Why Jack?

I am a recent legal alien that used to blog a lot back where I came from - a small country in Europe that once was an Empire and eventually grew out of it (not in the best way I might add).
Keep that in mind when you read J&H because I see things through my eyes and my thoughts are as much a product of the sources that inspire them as they are a result of my personal experience.
The Jack that inspired this blog's title, however, comes originally from Tennessee and I happen to like it with a touch of honey - warmed up if I have a cold. (* note: In 2011, Jack Daniel's launched a new label "Tennessee Honey" - honey liquer blended with Jack. Not the same thing but still...)
And no. My name is not Jack.
